Hate is like a disease.
It affects your entire body.
It affects your mind.
It affects all those around you.

Hate is often a tradition.
Some people just hate each other
because their parents did.

Love can move mountains
and be like a river so strong.

Hate can destroy mountains
and be like parasite so disabling.

Hate can often be taken away
when there is a will to talk
about the reasons behind the hate.

Reach out a hand and talk.

Please let go of hate and start living.
Please let your river flow to peace.
