Real happiness
Many people always feel stressed.
Many people always seem to be in a hurry.
Why does it have to be that way?
Are they living their lives themselves
or are they
largely being lived?
What is taking control of their lives?
Society and what it expects of them
make people lose too much of their freedom.
Society
expects people to work harder
and to always buy new products.
Products they often
do not really need.
A life with an abundance of products
is often a life that is stressful and too fast.
Happiness is what people need most,
but rushing from A to Z and back
in order to buy
new things yet again,
is not the right method to achieve it.
Happiness is found in making others happy,
like a child in a less favourable environment.
A child that often has not enough food
or cannot go to school or see a doctor.
Helping to cover the basic needs
of a child in a less developed country,
can bring
you happiness and joy.
It can make you better aware of
what you have and what you
need
to really be happy and contented.
