Heart imprisoned

When the heart is burdened
it feels like it is imprisoned.

The will to have peace.
With oneself, with the others.
With Nature and if you like with God.

Violence and hate are the walls
of the prison the heart is kept in.

Feeding the heart with love
can make it break the prison.

It will set free the heart
and also the person living with it.

A heart out of prison
is a heart filled with love.
It will let you live a life
you could only have dreamed of.
