Not only for ourselves, but also for those around us.

Love and friendship make life worthwhile.
They make us and others feel good and light.

Peace helps love and friendship to grow strong.
It makes life shining and bright.

Violence and hate make life into a burden.
They make us feel sad and confused.

Life is a mixture of ingredients.
Love and peace should be cherished
and made available in large quantities.

Violence should be left out altogether.

May violence and hate
be left out everywhere and forever.
May love and peace one day
make this world shining and bright.
