The sound of Nature

What would you do
if during the night
you would wake up
because of a sound?

A sound that you feel
deep down in your heart.
It is not a sound made
by anything human.
It is not a sound made
by a mechanical means or an animal.

Does it make you wonder
what it could be?
Does it make you wonder
who it could be?

This world is more than we can see.
This world is more than
anyone has ever described.
This world is Nature’s.
This world is hers.
She wants to share it with us.

Yet, we do not really respect her very well.
She is being hurt.

The sound is...
the sound of Nature.
It is an appeal for respect.
It is an appeal for change.

May the sound of Nature
wake up each and everyone
and make them change forever.
