My King

Always soft-spoken.
Always wanting to do good.
Always caring about the well-being
of all the people wherever.

My King is a model to be copied.
To be copied by all other kings,
queens and government leaders.

Discrimination on the basis
of race, religion, gender or culture
is something he dislikes.
Yet, discrimination is all too present in this world.

Corruption, especially the enrichment
by some to the detriment of many others
is something he dislikes too.
Yet, corruption is very common in this world.

The lack of solidarity with those
that were not fortunate to be born
in a well-to-do family
is something he dislikes very much.
Yet, solidarity is really missing in this world.

My King is the embodiment of peace.
Peace should be the manual of all kings,
queens and government leaders world-wide.

It it was, the world would gradually become
Pax Mundi or the world of Peace.
